the inimitable institution set up by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, had its inception in June 1986 in the barracks provided by the Indian Navy. In the year 1996 K.V.2 shifted to their own building which is situated amidst a vast area of 8.31 acres of land. Ever since its inception it is pacing up in pursuit of academic excellence.
