Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1100hrs and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800hrs.

All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation by cash/ account transfer deposited in our account.

The Resort follows no child policy, minimum checkin age 12 years and above.

As per law, a PAN card must be furnished for cash payment of Rs 25,000/- and above.

In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in; it could be a passport, driving license, Voter card or PAN card.

Guests are liable to pay the cost of damages/breakages to the Resort property caused due to their negligence. The prices will be determined by the hotel & charged directly to guest.
No cancellations are allowed & no refunds will be made.

Other policies
If you want to vacation at a retreat where you will not be disturbed by children, Casa Severina is the place for you.
Casa Severina does not encourage guests to bring their children along when on holiday at the Resort, unless they are above 12 years of age.
We request you not to smoke in your Rooms.
Breakfast will be served either in the el patio or garden gazebos.
