Had a very homely stay in this place which is very close to the Calangute beach and market yet a little far from the crowded and hustle bustle of calangute street. All shops and restaurants are walking distance from this place. Even the Famous calangute beach is 10 min walk. The flat has all the amenities required for a homely stay.
Hugely recommended for people travelling with families who want a little privacy yet be close enough to enjoy the night life of Goa."
"I had gone with my husband and 2 young daughters. It was very serene, surrounded by greenery on all sides. Never had to turn on the A/C inspite of the hot weather due to so many big trees in the area. Didnot have to get up early as we do in Hotels so that we donot miss the breakfast. Here had the luxury to prepare Breakfast at my own pace. They also had Microwave Oven where u could heat up stuff whenever u wanted. Also could wash my beach soiled clothes in the washing machine which came in handy. All restaurants, Shops, Agorda fort and calangute beach were in close distance. Even Titos was a 5 min drive from this place. Over all a good stay. will visit again soon :-)"

"We ended up booking this property for the peak december season. When our friends who had arrived in goa earlier went to check out the place, they were shocked to see that it looked nothing like in the pictures shown. The photo of the bungalow attached is totally incorrect. The location of the the property is behind the bungalow in a very dingy uncoloured sad looking building. The photos listen here are totally deceiving and incorrect. This MEN roaming the entire building without their tshirts. When my friend(girl) who went to see the apartment she was continuously started at by these men. We requested the owner to refund our advance but were denied without any explanation. The lady caretaker is extremely rude and totally denied our refund request. I would request ever reader to save your money and not stay here. Good Luck."
