Welcome to our newest property in Baga in the Beira Mar resort which is just opposite the road from the famous "Tito's" club and about 5 mins walk to the world famous Baga beach.
Baga is one of the most happening places in Goa and is a very popular tourist destination. It offers many options for the holiday goer including a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night life. The famous Baga beach offers all kinds of water sports and beach shacks with a variety of economical cuisine. Or for those interested in a more relaxed holiday. just lay back on the sun beds on the beach and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the sea shore!
An end unit on the 3rd floor with scenic views our vacation home comprises a large studio apartment with a loft and terrace. There is no elevator in the building and involves climbing 3 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for the elderly and infirm. It has an open and bright floor plan with 3 sleeping areas: Double sofa bed in living area, double sofa bed in the lounge, double sofa bed in the loft. THERE ARE NO SEPARTED BEDROOMS. Additionally there are 2 single sofa beds if required. It has a large floor to ceiling window which overlooks the beautiful goan countryside and green fields where you can view all kinds of birds and the occasional peacock with its beautiful flared feathers. The cosy loft above overlooks the living area and has a large window with tranquil views. The large thick curtain can be drawn across the room to create an enclosed bedroom for additional privacy. This extends to the small terrace which is a perfect place to take your morning coffee while heralding a gorgeous sunrise or sip an evening cocktail while witnessing a spectacular sunset.
Our guests are required to convert the sofas into beds for sleeping as required. Linens and towels are provided and changed every 3 days. If additional changes are required this can be arranged for a nominal charge.

"one of the best places to stay. been to goa so many times but the peace which we felt this time was heavenly. loved each and every moment of the stay. the room is very well decorated with all the facilities anyone would normally need. the view from the window was excellent. though situated just opposite to tito's lane but there is so much peace inside. it can really be termed as home away from home.
the location is great. 10 mins from baga beach. near to calangute beach. housekeeping was provided everyday and rooms were very clean. Mrs Lobo was very helpful. she was always ready to help us.

"I stayed at this home, together with my family, for four fun-filled and relaxing days. The Property Manager was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. The daily housekeeping was also very good and the place was always maintained clean and tidy.
The view from the balcony was simply breath-taking. It was typical Goan countryside as far as the eye could see, which gives one a feeling of calm and relaxation. The home itself is tastefully designed and comfortably furnished and has two washrooms with state-of-the-art plumbing appliances, which was quite a luxury.
There could not have been a better location, as it is just five minutes away from the famous Baga-Calangute stretch of beaches. We visited the beach daily to wine and dine at the many beach-front restaurants or indulge in the water-sports activities there. The famous "Tito's" disco is also a near by. The Baga-Calangute road outside the home is a shoppers' paradise and we struck quite a few bargains shopping there.
Dominic has thoughtfully provided all the amenities for a comfortable and entertaining stay, such as a large-screen LCD TV, AC, fridge, microwave and a lot of kitchen appliances.
Thanks Dominic for the wonderful time that we had at your Baga home. We will most certainly come back again for a longer stay.

"We were 7 of us. All of us had an amazing experience. The place is clean and fully furnished. It is situated in the Heart of Baga. We also had a great time swimming. The linens and towels provided were clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic useful facilities. A group of friends will definitely enjoy staying together our here. I loved the Big 'Mirror' available in the center of the room which was a must for a gang of girls.

"We stayed at the Baga beach homes for 4 days/3 nights. This is a really good property located close to all the happening places in Baga. The apartment was very clean and Mrs. Lobo who takes care of this place was extremely helpful. This is an ideal place for small groups, preferably 6-8 people. The only problem is that the apartment complex do not have a lift (this apartment is on the third floor). I would strongly recommend this place and would definitely stay here next time when in Goa."

"The apartment was a great place with good amenities and very well kept. The basic requirements were available in the kitchen so one does not have to venture out to buy basic groceries. Daily cleaning was done and Mrs. Lourdes Lobo (who takes care of the place locally) was very friendly and hospitable too. Minor plumbing issues that came up were addressed immediately. The place is located in the main marketplace let we dont hear the hussle as the apartment was situated toward the back with a beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and easily accessable. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall for a family of 8 adults and a child, we had a great stay and no complaints at all!"

Visited goa on 12th, 13th & 14th and stayed in baga beach homes. This apartment was very nice and well located for holidays in goa. The basic requirements were available in the kitchen so one does not have to venture out to buy basic groceries. Apartment was also cleaned daily by maids. and lastly caretaker of this apartment Mrs. Lobo was very supportive and helpful. She responded us very carefully.. Also this apartment is located just 10 min away from titos club and baga beach. most liked apartment in goa. definately recommend. best for 8 persons.....

"Baga Beach Homes is exactly what is promised: Great value for money, the beach is close by, Titos as well and the resort Baga Beach Homes is located in is clean, friendly, and although it is in the famous and very crowded party area of Goa, surprisingly peaceful at night. The houskeeper gave us a warm welcome and explained everything - we ate breakfast at the resort every morning and it was inexpensive and delicious. All you can ask for is nearby - shops, beach, party locations, ... Baga Beach Homes is perfect for a group of friends or a family with small kids.
We were pleased by the good condition the apartment is in, everything worked perfectly fine and - when all the sofa beds were folded, there was plenty of room, more than enough for 4 ppl.
We had a great stay in Baga Beach Homes, and, as I already have great experience with the other property at Candolim, I will definately recommend it to my friends and will come again soon.

"We were a group of 6 friends and this turned out to be the perfect place for us since all of us got to stay together! Yes, it's a small condo but the best part is that you know exactly what you're getting owing to the description and pictures.
Mr. Dominic was the one who handled our prebooking. He was very quick to respond to my emails but I wish he were a little more cooperative. He wouldn't budge on the prebooking deposit! The manager, Mrs. Lobo is a very sweet, helpful, kind and cooperative lady and she was punctual with the daily cleaning and maintenance.
The apartment itself has all the things one would need. We loved making maggi for breakfast in the mornings. There's an aC, the bathrooms are small but are nice and are fitted with geysers. There's also a TV, a microwave and a water purifier. Oh and the view from the window is breathtaking and sunrise looks beautiful.
Overall it was a very very fun stay. The best part is that its sooo close to Titos lane and Baga, it's pretty economical. Its seriously a no brainer if y'all are a group of people who want to stay together and not be seperated in different hotel rooms. I would love to stay here again!

"Found this place on Flipkey and it fit our needs for a family of 5. The place is situated in a residential apartment block on the top floor facing a nice open view. Dominic, the proprietor was always ready to answer questions and was prompt with emails. Lourdes, the manager was gracious, kind and helpful. The flat has a small kitchenette which was useful, two bathrooms, a loft accomodating 2-3 persons and nice pull-out beds which made it feel very earthy and cosy. The rooftop was an asset for some nice evening relaxing. There was a restaurant in the complex which had room service but the food was below average. The location is great-very central in Baga-close to the beach and shops. If I ever stayed in Baga again, I would return to the place as it had everything that is needed except wifi-which is not necessary for a perfect holiday."

The room was massive and clean with a full wall window and a view to an old bird sanctuary.
We were 4 girls and this place was absolutely safe.
The service provided was great. The manager Mrs. Lourdes was a brilliant and very helpful host.

"Awesome Place located just in the heart of the city.. Proximity to the Baga Beach is 5 mins walking distance.. Distance to all the happening pubs - the Mambo's and Tito's is even closer and the best part is after you are drunk, u can walk it down to your place..
Absolutely recommended as there is a small kitchen as well where you can cook your own stuff if you go with your family..

"Our jaws dropped after entering the apartment, no matter we had to look for the flat number for 15 mins. The property manager was extremely welcoming and the house was squeaky clean. It is located right opposite Tito's lane so one can easily imagine the accessibility to Baga beach, Brittos, the sought after clubs, bike rental services and other beaches in North Goa as well. Wonderful stay we had, very peaceful and hassle free. this house made our stay exceptionally comfortable although we were a group of 8! Amazing! And thanks to Dominic for all the arrangement."
"I went with 6 other friends of mine. We all wanted to stay together hence were looking for a guest house. We found this Baga Beach Homes through Trip Advisor. This was indeed a very good and spacious studio apartment which had a capacity of accommodating all seven of us.
All the basic amenities are provided like Geyser, microwave, toaster, ACs, cookstove etc.. which was quite helpful.
The best part of the stay is it's very near to Baga Beach and the most Happening Tito's Lane yet its a quiet and private. the caretaker of the apartment Ms. Lobo is also very friendly, helpful and responded swiftly in some of the issues we faced.
Overall its a thumbs up from my end and anyone whose visiting Goa with a big group and wants to stay and party all night together then Baga Beach Home is the Right Place for you!

"We're a middle aged English couple. Lourdes, the manager, and her helper looked after us well, cleaning and changing linen as required. The apt is up 57 steps and along rather grim corridors and consists of one room with sofa beds and a mezzanine with one cupboard and more sofa beds. Young people who want to go clubbing apparently don't mind being cramped and having to make up their bed every night.
The view across the paddy fields is fantastic for bird watching, take some binoculars even if you've never done it before. .
There are 2 pools and the grounds are well tended.
