The nearest beaches in the north are Bambolim, Mira Mar, Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, Aranbol etc all within 25km and the nearest beaches in the south are Majorda, Colva, Cavelossim, Palolem etc
Boat cruises and casinos are just 3km away. World famous churches are just 10km away and famous temples within 15 to 25km radius.
The nearest, Goa’s famous night clubs are LPK Water Front, SinQ, Titos, Bambos, Nyex, Liquid Sky, Leopard Valley, Cohiba etc. Other nearest attractions are Saturday Night market and Anjuna Flea market.
Restaurants serving Goan food, North and South Indian, International dishes are within 5km. Also we keep hotel menus in the rooms if you want food delivered to your room.
Bus stand as well as village market is also at a walking distance. Also we can arrange for hire of bikes or car/taxis etc.
We can guide and assist with arranging sightseeing trips – be it Backwater trips, fishing, Snorkeling, Dolphin cruises, Crocodile spotting, bird sighting, Dudhsagar waterfall, Elephant ride etc.
We are proud of our holiday homes; for they are clean, well maintained, plus at a quite and peaceful location within our gated compound. Also there is a lot of space for free, secured vehicles parking.
The property is owned and managed by Goan family with past exposure to the hospitality industry.
Daily free cleaning of the rooms and bath/toilets, clearing of garbage etc
Each of our apartments are fully equipped with relevant equipment, utensils, crockery items etc to enable self cooking enthusiasts.
Can arrange for home cooked Goan food but the order has placed a day before.
Airport/railway station pick up or drop can be arranged given prior notice. It will be charged at cost.

From Panjim Kadamba bus stand - drive towards Margao via NH17 highway for 2km, at first four road crossing junction at Niyaaz Restaurant on your left, take right heading towards Santa Cruz church, at next 4 roads crossing, head straight towards church, pass the Santa Cruz church, take left at the big cross, heading towards fields/Taleigao/Cocochin junction. Take left before entering the junction, towards Marrod and again left entering lane 6 (st. Agustine/Marrod) and then right at Timotio Wines, entering our gate. We are located in the yellow/white 3 floors building.

"We were a group of 10 people and rented two apartments. We stayed for 4 nights & would definitely go back again !!! We absolutely LOVED the place & the location (3 Kms from Panjim Bus Stop) !!! Beautiful house & Mr Fernandez was so nice to deal with !!!
The Apartments were clean, beautifully decorated and have everyday cleaning service. Kitchen is well organized.
Calangute, Candolim, Anjuna and Baga are approx 15 Kms from the location but you would enjoy the ride from your rented scooters/bike or cars. Fernandez also helped us in securing great deals on scooters. He is a very nice, professional and down to earth person and is always available to help whenever you need.
