Ingredients :
1kg carrots
75gms dry chillies
2tsp jeera
2" piece ginger
1 pod garlic
2tbs mustard seeds
2tsp mehti(roasted on tawa lightly)
1tsp saffron'
1cup vinegar
1/2 litre oil for frying
12 green chillies cut round
10 gms sugar
1 sprig curiipatta leaves
Preparation :
wash and cut the carrotswipe dryadd salt accordingly and put in the sun to dry for 2 hrs..
Gind all the above ingredients in vinegar and fry the same with 2 sprigs of curripatta leaves put in the green chillies and ad the carrots and stir add 10 gms sugar and salt to taste
