Ingredients :
Crabs
garam masala powder 3 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
onion finely cut
ginger garlic paste
turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
kokum 2
salt to taste
cooking oil 2 teaspoon
cocount milk
Preparation :
Marinate crab with salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 30 mintues.
Dry roast onions, garam masala powder for 5 minutes, add red chilli powder , saute for another 5 mintues, then add cooking oil and saute further another 10 mintues.
Mix marinated crabs in above mixture, add 2 kokums in that curry.Saute for another 10 mintues.
Finally add cocount milk and cover the pot and cook till crab is done.
Serve hot with plain rice.
