Ingredients :
1-1/2 cup basan flour
10 Jumbo sized prawns
1 egg beaten
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chillies powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
oil for frying..
Preparation :
Shell and de-vein the prawns, apply a little salt and the ginger-garlic paste and leave aside for a few minutes.
Sift the basan flour, add all the remaining ingredients and a little water to form a batter.
Dip the marinated prawns in the batter and deep fry in oil to form pakoras.
