Ingredients :
250 gm mushroom
500 gm onions
4 tomatoes
A pinch of turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp fresh cream
2 tbsp oil
3-4 garlic cloves
Preparation :
Wash the mushrooms and keep aside.
Chop onions and tomatoes and make a paste of half the onions and garlic cloves.
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onion-garlic paste till pink. Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and salt.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp water and fry the masala mixture. Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry till tomatoes are tender.
Add mushrooms and rest of the onions, mix well and cover the pan with lid and cook till onions are soft.
Open the lid and sprinkle garam masala and fold the mixture. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
