Prepare Prawn and Pumpkin curry

Ingredients :

2 cups shelled prawns
500 gms pumpkin cut into cubes
½ tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste

Grind to a paste:
8 red dry chillies
1 onion (fried)
½ piece turmeric
a small ball tamarind
1 tsp methi seeds (fried)
1 tbsp coriander seeds (fried)
5 cloves garlic (fried)
½ coconut grated and fried

Preparation :

In a pan boil the pumpkin and prawns with sufficient water and salt to taste.

When cooked add the ground masala and simmer till it comes to a boil.

Fry the mustard seeds in a little oil and when they start to splutter add it to the curry.

Stir well and remove pan from fire.
