Ingredients :
1 king fish (sliced)
8 tbsps ghee or oil
Coriander leaves
½ onions (sliced)
Salt to taste
For grinding:
10 dry chillies
1 tsp cumin seed
1 piece of tumeric
2 pods cardamoms
6 cloves of garlic
2 tsp vinegar
Preparation :
Grind the masala in vinegar.
Fry onions in ghee or oil and fry the masala in it.
Put in half cup water, masala, add fish and salt. Cover and cook till fish is done.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
