Ingredients :
250 grams baby potatoes boiled and peeled
2 red chillies
4 cloves
1/2 inch piece cinnamon stick
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp shahjeera
1 small bunch very finely sliced coriander leaves
2 medium sliced tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt and chilly powder to taste
Preparation :
Pound all the spices together.
Mix with tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
Add potatoes and coriander leaves and cook till dry.
