Prepare Egg drop spinach soup

Ingredients :

1 bunch spinach (approx 80 gms)
5 cup chicken stock or water and 2 soup cubes salt and pepper to taste a pinch of nutmeg
4 tsps. Cornflour
2 eggs (beaten) or
2 eggs whites (beaten)
½ tso. Butter (optional)

Preparation :

Wash and cut spinach very fine. Boil the spinach in stock or water mixed with soup cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste and nutmeg. Stir in cornflour (dissolved in a little water) and beaten eggs or just egg whites. Butter may or may not be added. Simmer for a second.
